Why "Thrasher"
Carlo Guzzi named a number of his bikes after birds, for example; Arione, Falcone, Lodola, Galetto, etc.
Thrashers are native to North America, and are related to mocking birds... and there is something about a cafe racer that could bring a mocking bird to mind... can you say poseur?
Besides, like the donor motorcycle... it starts with a "T"!
