Panniers for the Quota

Now available for the Quota, quality aluminum and soft panniers.  These bags are high quality and made in the USA.

 Aluminum Panniers:  These Aluminum Panniers are constructed of extremely durable aircraft quality 6061 T-6 Aluminum. All are bonded and air-riveted constructed, utilizing solid rivets, eliminating material hardness variations due to welding. These bags are weaterproof and secure. They are sealed by a matched extrusion incorporating a captive "o" ring seal. Lids are secured by robust keyed latches, these not only keep dirt and moisture out, but unwanted visitors too.

 Brackets and Liners:  The brackets are constructed from sturdy 5/8" mandrel bent steel tubing. M.I.G. welded and powder coated. The custom fit case liners are crafted from heavy duty Nylon Cordura®, with carrying strap.
 Mounting: The Panniers and soft luggage attach to the brackets through the use of a lower "rail" and two upper "pucks".  The pucks are made of a metal reinforced polyurethane compound that makes it both rattle-proof as well  as resistant to deformation from heat and weather.
The pucks are also indexed, using a locating pin that assure correct positioning of the puck, and more importantly, ensure the pucks cannot be rotated from the outside of the case either by vibration or theft. The puck can only be loosened from inside     the case utilizing a 5mm allen wrench, a process that only takes a couple of minutes.

Case Sizes: There are two basic case sizes:
    Small:  L=17" W=6.5" H=14.5" 26 Liters
    Large:   L=17" W=9" H=14.5" 37 Liters
Optional case extenders are available which raise their height to 19", making their capacity 34.5 Liters and 48.5 Liters respectively
All aluminum cases are powder coat finished Silver/Gray or Black.

Custom Configuration:
    For the Moto Guzzi Quota there are a couple configurations possible
    Standard for factory exhaust: In this configuration, the right side bracket is spaced out further from the bikes centerline to go around the stock muffler. A large box is used on the left and a small (narrower) box on the right to keep an overall balanced effect.
    Custom for aftermarket mufler: This configuration assumes a small aftermarket mufler, and allows the use of two large bags without looking unbalanced. Right bracket will not work with stock mufler.

Adventurer Soft Luggage: Designed for Adventure Touring: What makes this soft luggage stand out from others is the rigid   backbone and full size mounting bracket. No chance of getting tangled in the suspension or wheel! Uses the same brackets as the Aluminum Panniers. Pack cloth is a 1050 denier ballistic nylon.
