*first measurement is open length in inches. Closure is
made by rolling the open end over itself at least a couple of times, or
more if the bag is not full, then buckle. Maximum closed length may be
75 - 90% of open length depending on the size of the bag. Second
measurement is diameter when full (round).
#This bag is huge, and bigger than we would normally
consider carrying on a motorcycle.
