BigEddy remembers when boaters wore canvas tennis shoes and cutoff's, and their t-shirts didn't say anything. When it got cold we broke out the wool and the hard liquor, and rain gear made of rubber.

Stuff back then would breathe too, but only because it was alive with fungus.
